All orders placed in this store are considered final once payment has been processed.
Because our products are made-to-order, produced in limited quantities, or considered collectible items, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been confirmed, including pre-orders.
If you made an error in your order details (such as shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours at hello@atelieraureliadurand.com and we will do our best to assist before your order is processed.
If your order has already been prepared or shipped, no changes can be made.
