Shipping Policy – Please Read Before Ordering

All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from my studio in [Your City, France/Denmark].
As I personally prepare each package with great care, I kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Processing Time

• For ready-to-ship items: Orders are usually shipped within 5–7 business days.

• For pre-orders or made-to-order items: Please refer to the product description for the estimated shipping date.

• During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 10–20 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will do my best to help.
